How to Email a Voucher on Tally.ERP9

I have present tutorial on TallyERP.9. It helps you to become a master in Tally Accounting & gain your knowledge in Accounts.

Solution  :

Step 1 : F12 Configure - > E Mailing -> Enter Email Configures.

Step 2 : Accounts Info - > Ledger - > Create/Alter.

Step 3 : F12 Configure - > Enable Use Contact Details as YES.

Step 4 : Enter the Email details of Vendor or Customer.

Step 5 : Open any voucher Sales, Payment or Payslip...

Step 6 : Press Alt+M or Click on E Mail Option, enter the text whatever you want and send mail YES.

Note : Tally.Net Subscription should be valid if its expired you cant Email in Tally.ERP9.
